My Liposuction story 3 months post op

Hey everyone!

It's been awhile since I wrote a blog post and time has passed.
In about 3 days it's 3 months post op for me.

am I happy?? Not really...

I didn't see any changes at all. I measured myself and it was the same measurement as last month which means my swelling didn't reduce much?? :/
Or my swelling reduced so much on the month number 2 but I didn't lose any inches?

My thigh lost a total of 3cm in diameter and my arms didn't lose any.

I did notice my arms' shape is getting better but not smaller. I noticed my thigh getting smaller but then somehow not smaller but shape is not getting better.

I will keep watching it. and at the end of the journey I will post pictures for you guys to see.

My Liposuction Story in South Korea (3 weeks post op)

Hey everyone!

I can't believe it's the third week of my liposuction life.

After day 15 I feel like I can go to toilet without any pain and sitting down has been much easier which means going to toilet to pee has been such a breeze these days.

Everyday was pretty much the same and I noticed more of the swelling and bruising go down and I'm pretty happy with the progress.

At week 3 I finally brought in my pressure garment for them to adjust and make it into smaller size. It fits so much better koz the previous garment has become too loose.

So far I havent been able to see much result but when I measure myself it has been steadily going down. I'm pretty happy with the number I saw when I measured myself.

Liposuction Story in South Korea Part 3

Wow.. Time passes by so so so slow....

Usually 1 week passes by so quickly and it was just another weekend for me but since liposuction day, 1 week feels like a month.. this is taking forever you guys!

Anyways, on day 6 of the surgery, APAN Star Awards took place in DMC and I had to go to see the red carpet. I won the ticket eventually so I went to see the awards show. My Song Joong Ki is on and the awards was basically about him and the drama!

I took some videos of the red carpet if you're interested I will be posting it on a separate blog.

Anyways, that day it was raining hardcore and I was there still with stitches on wearing rain coat.. trying to run and people are pushing and screaming lol... My wounds were okay you guys... It was an incredible time when you had to chase your idols and were still in pain due to surgery.. but yes I was able to do that on day 6. That was not bad!

Today is day 8.

I feel a bit better than day 5 but still similar. I skipped day 7 koz basically I was being a pig laying down all day long and watching drama. I ate ddokbokki and some meat at night I was like yeah! I'm gonna gain weight again and lost my money spent on this. I weighed 54.5 kg last night. This morning I weighed 53.1. I screamed at my scale "YOU LIAR!!!!!! YOU CHEATED ME TODAY!!!!" Anyway, I took out all my stitches today. and I feel better. There are 4 areas that were painful and the other 4 I felt nothing. the ones under my butt and the outer armpits. It stings.... They put tapes on the wounds as of now. I will take it out tomorrow night before shower. I can finally shower without having tapes on my wounds. THANK GOD..... It was so annoying to keep changing tapes I swear.

It was a rough week. and I am glad I went through the week. My arms and thighs are still not getting smaller. The doctor looked at me and said.. ugh.. you are gonna take longer to recover than other people. Well.. I agree with you doctor..

I did belody laser, non incisional eye surgery and both of them took forever to heal. I will be patient. I will write about other surgeries I have in separate blogs for you guys to see as well. :)

Stay tuned for more stories!

Liposuction South Korea Part 2 (First Week)

Btw I did arms and thighs liposuction.

FIRST DAY

So I had it and the first day was so damn awful. After the surgery it was SOOOOO cold but it is okay.. it lasted just a few minutes or so or I wasn't fully awake? I don't know.. haha..
Anyways.. I went home with a taxi and felt great.. Maybe the anesthesia was still there... So, I took my dog out for a 5 minute potty walk (that is right this happened 1 hour after the surgery is done) lol.. I feel bad for my dog as it was a shorter walk than usual. but at least she relieved herself.. So, I went back home, I ate something as I didn't have anything the whole day. I took the medicine and I went to sleep. I woke up 2 hours later with piercing pain on my thighs.. omg..... I wanted to cry I actually screamed in pain and my dog was panicking as she didn't know what to do.. The pain subsided in 5 minutes or so... I was like wth??? What is going on...

Oh I forgot to tell you I had to sleep on my dog's pee pads (she doesn't use it anymore lol and I had left over I am glad I didn't get rid of them) Because the liquid has to drain out of the wounds for 1-2 nights or so. For me it drained the whole night, then my right outer armpit drains in the morning then it finished draining. The smell wasn't that bad... But the fact that I slept on the wet liquid... ew... (I'm sorry)

2nd-5th day
I had to go to work 1 day post op and I walked like a snail.. Damn slow.. I took elevator up and down but still took the stairs when the ajumma left me behind. It was.. a tolerable pain.. it was more like a discomfort. (You know the type when you accidentally hit your arm on the table corner and have a blue bruise?) That kind of pain except it's all over your thigh and arms. lol.

Anyway, day 3 the pain got better and I could still go anywhere and do activities just slower than usual. So was day 4 and today I felt so much better.
The pain subsides when I took the pain killer (durr...)

Day 5 is the last day I took pain killer and antibiotics and so far I felt a lot better than the first 3 days. I'm the type that swells and bruises forever. Longer than normal people so I have to be patient in this recovery.

I almost forgot to tell you guys that I could definitely shower even 1 day after surgery but I tried to be careful as I removed the regular tape and changed to waterproof tapes for all the stitch areas. There are 8 of them in my case and yes it took a long time. After shower you have to change back to regular tape otherwise your wound can't breathe. They warned me not to put waterproof tape on too long. You can also buy the sterilization medicine? Something like bethadine in the pharmacy it is called "sodok yak" it is not painful but I felt just a little burning sensation when I used it on some of the wounds but not all. it's not bad.

Beware of people who has thin skin koz putting the tape on the same place over and over can damage your skin. I tried not to change my tape daily which is disgusting but I rather be disgusting than damaging my skin.

Please stay tune for more information about my liposuction journey! ;)

My Liposuction Story in South Korea Part 1 - Introduction

Hi everybody!

After thinking about it for awhile, I thought I should write a diary for my liposuction journey so that it is more real for myself.. haha..

A little background about me is I am just an ordinary girl trying to look her best when she has some... I guess a lot of complexes.

I'm not fat.. I'm about 158cm weighing 53 kg. I go up to 55kg and down to 52kg depending on the season and depending if my friends call me up for some buffet or not..
I actually like myself a lot at 48kg and that is the lowest I have ever went to. My highest weight was when I was in the states which was 61kg.

I actually had an eating disorder and might still have it now but not as bad as before. I went on and off with diet pills such as phentermine to the point that even if I have phentermine alone it will not work anymore so the doctor has to mix other meds to enhance the phentermine's effect.

Please don't judge me. I did and am still struggling but then I realized I should just be thankful... damn.. this sounds so contradicting haha..

I love food. That is my weakness. Sweet, sour, salty.. All of them.. Hot and cold.

Anyway, I had liposuction a few days ago on September 25th. I know liposuction will not decrease the number on the scale and I am ready for that truth. The moment before I went into surgery room I weigh 54kg and I am expecting a few cc should be taken out after the surgery. I am not expecting to be... maybe snsd.. But at least when I wear dresses, sleveless and also shorts or skirts I will look.. a bit better than before...

I read horror stories about liposuction and decided I will never have it ever in my life.. but then there are blogs uploaded by people that have similar thigh and arms as me and the result looks amazing.. I just had to be 53kg and be pretty right? That's a done deal.

I will definitely write a diary like day 1, etc and post pictures so please stay tuned!
